Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes — we bring everything. All of our products are infant-safe and pet-safe, so you never have to worry about what's being used in your home.
Are your products safe for newborns and babies?
Absolutely. We exclusively use non-toxic, infant-safe cleaning products. This is especially important for our postpartum clients — your baby's safety is our priority.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Your Village Circle is fully insured and bonded. All team members are also background-checked before joining our team.
Can I be home while you clean?
Of course! Many of our clients prefer to be home, especially postpartum moms who need to be close to their baby. We work quietly and respectfully around your needs.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% fee. Rescheduling is always welcome.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Our services make wonderful gifts — especially for baby showers and new moms. You can purchase a gift card on our Gift page and we'll take care of the rest.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Utah County. As we grow, we plan to expand our service area.
What's the difference between the Fourth Trimester Package and an Essential Clean?
The Fourth Trimester Package is a comprehensive household support service with two visits per week — one for cleaning and household tasks, and one for laundry return and reset. It's specifically designed for the postpartum period and includes bottle washing, nursery restocking, pump part care, and more. The Essential Clean is routine maintenance cleaning for any home.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
Nope — that's the whole point! Just let us in and we'll handle the rest. If there are specific areas you'd like us to focus on, just let us know when you book.
